Same Day Shipping
All orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday through Friday before 9 AM EDT will ship the same day.
Free Shipping - Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all products. No minimum purchase is required. Your order will arrive within 1 to 2 business days from the date you send the order.
Signature Confirmation:
All orders require a signature at the time of delivery. The signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they obtain a signature.
Customer Initiated Order Cancellation: :
Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at info@jimstrading.com or by calling our Selles Department at 416-321-8002 or by logging into your account. If your order has already shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our return policy.
Right to cancel orders
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order if we suspect that the order was placed in a fraudulent manner.
