Return Policy

Most Products purchased from Jim's Brother Trading Co. Dolson Marketing Inc. and NG Trading Whoesale must be reported return information within 24 hours.

If the shipping item shortage or damages, you must be claimed from the carrier within 24 hours of the time of delivery.

No return accepted without prior authorization from the head office. 

 

How to Return a Product:

Contact us Monday - Friday between 9:00 am to 6 pm EDT at 416-321-8002 to receive a Return Authorization.

Once you have our Return Authorization, We will pick up the product from your address in the next day.

 

Returnable Item Exceptions:

We are unable to accept returns on:

• Fresh Vegetables
• Frozen Products

請撥打電話416-321-8002與我們聯繫，我們的工作時間爲每週一至週五上午9:00至下午6點（美東時間），以獲取退貨授權。

獲得退貨授權後，我們將在第二天從您的地址取貨。

 

不接受退貨的商品

我們無法接受以下商品的退貨：

• 新鮮蔬菜
• 冷凍產品
