Terms and Conditions

• Shortage & damage must be claimed from the carrier within 24 hours of the time delivery.
• All returns must be reported within 24 hours.
• No returns accepted without prior authorization from the head office.
• A monthly 1.5% service charge on all overdue accounts.
• Restocking charge 15%, $25 will be charged on NSF (Non-sufficient funds) cheques.
• No orders shipped on past due accounts.

條款和條件

• 如果商品在運送途中損壞，收貨人必須在交貨後24小時內向我們進行申報。
• 如果您有退貨要求，您必須在商品送達候的24小時內告知我們。
• 所有退貨要求都需經總部批准，如未得總部授權，不接受退貨。
• 所有逾期帳戶的月利率為1.5％。
• 補貨費用為15％，NSF（資金不足）的支票將額外收取$25。
• 逾期未付款的帳戶將無法繼續使用。
